Overview
Use the Pending Workflow Queue dashboard module to display and manage the queued but unprocessed items in the various workflow queues configured for your system.
Where unprocessed workflows are present, a count will be displayed grouped by workflow name, immediately below a Pending Activity heading, together with a total Pending Workflows count.
Purge Pending Workflows?
Any unwanted workflows can be purged from the system via the Purge Workflows button, with the option of filtering by workflow name. The count will revert to zero after a successful purge action, sometimes following a short delay depending on system load, noting that if a filter is applied then only those workflows that filter will be purged.
Purge Pending HyperSync Queue?
In HyperSync configurations, a separate filter section is displayed on the dashboard below the default section shown in the screenshot.
Any unwanted HyperSync workflows can be purged from the system via the Purge HyperSync Queue button, again with the option of filtering by workflow name.
Refer to Configuring Workflows for further understanding of how workflows are queued.
