In some scenarios (typically when AD delta scans run regularly and AD full scans run infrequently), the AD provider may register a new manager for a user without capturing the deletion of the old manager, resulting in multiple managers appearing in Time Traveler.
To fix this scenario, Run the Reset Scan Cache Maintenance step for the affected silos, then run a full scan.
Best practice is to pre-emptively run a Reset Scan Cache maintenance step for each identity silo on a recurring weekly or monthly basis.
