Configure Send Report Schedule or Workflow

The Send Report schedule or workflow step merges configuration items for the Download Report and Send Email steps.

Unlike Download Report, the Send Report step does not place anything in the file system. Instead the files are streamed from the web application and added as file attachments to the email.

As with download report, you may list multiple reports, and each will be attached to the email.

One significant difference with Send Report, is if a report File Type is set to HTML the report will be embedded in the body of the email, and the Send As HTML option will be enabled regardless of whether the checkbox is selected.

Specify a non-zero row limit for reports that will be embedded as HTML. If the full report is desired you can select the report twice in separate strips: once with an HTML type and a row limit, and again as an Excel type and no limit.
