If your permissions have been modified, and you are authenticating through Active Directory, you will need to log off and back on to your computer to get your new SID token. We have had reports of customers and service providers, who log out of the application through the web browser and then back in, but do not see items they have been recently assigned. This is because, when using Active Directory, permissions are tied to Active Directory groups. Logging off the computer, and therefore, off of Active Directory, and then back on again, will give the user the new SID token with the newly assigned group membership.
