Minor release fixes for version 6
- Fix for MongoDB Atlas full text searches with wildcard terms spanning multiple words
- Update to .NET 8 for maintaining .NET support
Change allows searches like John Do* and Jo* Do* to find John Doe.
Note: the migration to .NET 8 maintains use of a self-contained build so as to avoid requiring installation of the framework for Panel Service.
