Configure FIM Service Query Health Probe

The FIM Service query probe runs an XPath filter against the FIM or MIM Portal and returns the number of matching objects as the result. It can be used for example to find the number of workflows in a pending state. It may also be used to validate general connectivity of the portal service.

Settings

Filter – XPath filter to search for

Url – URL of FIM web service e.g. http://localhost:5725/

Service Identity – UPN of FIM Service service account

User/Domain/Password – Optional connection credentials. Default is Panel Service account

Fail Rule – Rule engine to turn result count into a boolean e.g. Value > 10
